From May to September, check and adjust controller as needed base on site and weather condition. Check sprinkler system for leaks. Check and adjust sprinkler spray patterns.

We offer installation and monitoring of Smart Controller for sprinkler system. Controller adjusts run-time schedule base on the weather condition and also allows customer to adjust the run time schedule on any devices!

Perform lawn maintenance service on a weekly basis.  Service includes mowing of all lawn areas, edging all sidewalks, curbs and driveways. Trimming around all buildings and obstacles.  Blowing debris from all paved areas.

 This is most important for your lawn and highly recommended. Aeration helps control thatch, improves soil structure and creates growth pockets for roots while allowing water and fertilizer to enter the root zone. 

This is needed to rejuvenate your lawn after summer stress, disease or when insect damage has thinned your lawn, with the choice of OVER SEEDING or SLIT SEEDING.  PREMIUM SEEDING provides better results, combining core aeration with a machine slit seeding process to insure seed to soil contact, which results in better germination.
