From May to September, check and adjust controller as needed base on site and weather condition. Check sprinkler system for leaks. Check and adjust sprinkler spray patterns.

We offer installation and monitoring of Smart Controller for sprinkler system. Controller adjusts run-time schedule base on the weather condition and also allows customer to adjust the run time schedule on any devices!

 At Coastal Landscaping, we provide personalized fertilization packages known as Evergreen Services. These packages are designed to meet your specific needs and are automatically renewed on an annual basis. •  Spring clean-up includes removal of accumulated debris, leaves, and winter remnants from the landscape. Also includes redefining the planter beds, trimming of plants, and fertilizer and weed control application to prepare it for the upcoming season.  

Optional: Provide and spread Black or Brown mulch to keep your soil moisturized and protected from weeds.

•   Fall clean-up involves removal of any annual flowers, weeds, leaves and debris from planter beds and lawn areas. Trimming plants, shrubs as necessary and remove  trimmings. Apply fertilizer and weed control.

 Every other week general cleaning of planter bed areas, patios, walkways etc. Touch up pruning and dead heading of plants will be performed.

This service includes snow plowing, snow shoveling, and salting/ ice melt applications in commercial properties.

Perform lawn maintenance service on a weekly basis.  Service includes mowing of all lawn areas, edging all sidewalks, curbs and driveways. Trimming around all buildings and obstacles.  Blowing debris from all paved areas.

 This is most important for your lawn and highly recommended. Aeration helps control thatch, improves soil structure and creates growth pockets for roots while allowing water and fertilizer to enter the root zone. 

This is needed to rejuvenate your lawn after summer stress, disease or when insect damage has thinned your lawn, with the choice of OVER SEEDING or SLIT SEEDING.  PREMIUM SEEDING provides better results, combining core aeration with a machine slit seeding process to insure seed to soil contact, which results in better germination. 

Includes fertilization, crabgrass pre-emergent, weed control, and lime application. 5 applications from April to August (Spring, Summer, and Fall).

Fungus and disease are best controlled by applying preventative fungicide in June, July and August. Coastal Landscaping recommends this three step treatment for prevention.
